She actively participated in rodeo events, securing multiple titles in barrel racing and breakaway roping by the age of 18. At 17, she relocated to Texas to attend Hill College on a collegiate rodeo scholarship, earning a degree in Agriculture. During her college years, Bailey began offering training and sales services to local clients, laying the foundation for her future business. By 22, she had established a reputable equine marketing agency, fulfilling her childhood dream. At 24, Bailey purchased a 12.5-acre equine facility in Lufkin, Texas, featuring a 10-stall barn, lighted rodeo arena, and trails. Flying B Equine specializes in producing solid, safe, and well-rounded geldings suitable for both leisure and performance, with a thorough screening process to ensure quality.
