Dapple Up is honored to sponsor the 2026 Mounted Police Colloquium, taking place September 7–12, 2026, at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
This sponsorship is especially near and dear to our hearts. Dapple Up is a Kentucky Proud company, the Kentucky Horse Park is right in our backyard, and we are grateful for our ongoing relationship with the Lexington Police Department and its Mounted Unit.
Hosted by the Kentucky Horse Park Mounted Police and the Lexington Mounted Police, the annual event brings officers and horses from across the country to Kentucky to learn new techniques, share ideas and train together. The week includes classes, horsemanship training and competition designed to strengthen the skills and confidence of both horse and rider.
The Civilian Equine Sensory Training Clinics will follow on September 12–13, 2026, giving civilian riders the opportunity to participate in obstacle, sensory and equitation training with national and international instructors.
We are excited that every participating mounted officer and civilian rider will receive a sample of Dapple Up Healthy Equine Shampoo to take home for their equine partner.
Mounted officers and their horses share an incredible partnership built on trust, bravery and countless hours of training. These horses are more than working partners—they serve alongside their riders while helping protect and connect with their communities.
